A Witchy Halloween

Halloween is always about creepy, dark, and scary things.  So I decided to paint the better part of Halloween - the post trick-or-treating binge!  That was my favorite part about Halloween as a kid, not the creepy decor and definitely not the old guy pretending to be a corpse on his porch.  Making sure your bag gets full of different, delicious sweets was what Halloween meant to me.  In this piece, I hope to illustrate that same feeling of accomplishment and wonder after a good trick-o-treating spree.  Relishing your rewards, digging into your favorite candy, checking for open wrappers and razor blades, and fighting over the better candy was all part of the experience.
